• Delivers an omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, curbside pickup.
• Facilitates a high-energy service environment and communicates daily goals.
• Shares product knowledge and brand messaging with the team.
• Prioritizes service over tasks and exercises sound decision-making.
• Supports opening/closing tasks and operational projects.
• Executes shipment processing, restocking, and product placement to standards.
• Ensures inventory accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Maintains safety standards and reduces product loss.
• Contributes to an inclusive work environment and onboarding of new hires.
• Engages in daily meetings and store initiatives to drive focus.
