Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Pittsburgh invites an energetic Key Holder to join our store leadership team. You will collaborate with management to supervise daily operations, uphold brand standards, and drive sales through engaging customer interactions.

You will lead by example, motivate the team, and participate in opening/closing tasks while ensuring accurate merchandise placement and safe store practices. The role requires flexible hours and a passion for the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate passion for Urban Outfitters brand and service culture.
• Proven leadership experience in retail or similar environment.
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team and support store goals.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Motivation to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand representative reflecting company values and service standards.
• Lead by example to create a high-energy, service-focused environment.
• Ensure omni-channel shopping experiences using MPOS, POS, in-store and curbside pickup.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and store operations tasks.
• Support onboarding of new hires and share product knowledge with the team.
