Urban Outfitters in Malibu, CA is seeking a Key Holder to help supervise daily store operations and drive sales through authentic customer connections. The role supports a fun, energetic atmosphere while upholding brand standards and visual displays.

You will participate in opening/closing duties, manage inventory accuracy, and work with store leadership to meet sales goals while delivering excellent service and an engaging in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership roles.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable working flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and brand experience.

Responsabilités

• Represent the URBN brand reflecting company values.
• Lead by example with a service culture and genuine customer interactions.
• Deliver seamless omni-channel service using MPOS, POS, in-store and curbside pickup.
• Support opening/closing procedures and daily store operations.
• Collaborate with partners to restock and maintain store visuals and inventory security.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and share product knowledge with the team.
