Job summary

Urban Outfitters at 371 King St, Charleston, SC 29401 is seeking a Key Holder to support the store management team in daily operations and drive sales through genuine customer connections and an energetic, friendly environment. You will lead floor service, model exceptional customer interactions, share product knowledge, and ensure an omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, and curbside pickup.

You’ll assist with opening and closing tasks and keep displays on brand while prioritizing

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand representative reflecting company values.

• Deliver seamless omni-channel shopping experiences using MPOS, POS, and curbside pickup.
• Participate as floor service leader, communicate daily goals and metrics, and support operational needs.
• Teach and share product knowledge and brand messaging with the team.
• Prioritize customer service over tasks and exercise good multitasking.
