You will lead by example on service, assist with opening/closing, manage shipments/restocking, and help deliver an omni-channel shopping experience while prioritizing safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations by supervising and guiding staff.
• Lead by example to deliver extraordinary service and store branding.
• Ensure omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, pickup options.
• Participate as floor service leader with goals and metrics.
• Share product knowledge and brand messaging with the team.
• Prioritize service over tasks.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and store tasks.
• Coordinate shipment processing, restocking, and display placement.
• Maintain safety, inventory accuracy, and policy compliance.
