Urban Outfitters in Danbury, CT seeks a Key Holder who will support store management in daily operations and drive sales through genuine customer connections. You will lead with a fun, energetic pace, uphold brand standards, and enable seamless omni-channel service using MPOS and curbside pickup.

As a brand representative, you will train colleagues, share product knowledge, and maintain an outstanding customer experience while prioritizing service over tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver omni-channel shopping experiences using MPOS, POS, and curbside pickup.
• Support opening/closing procedures and inventory accuracy to protect profitability.
• Collaborate with partners to restock and display product per visual standards.
