Urban Outfitters in Corte Madera, CA is seeking a Key Holder to assist the store management team in daily operations and to drive sales through authentic customer connections. You will help maintain store standards, lead by example, and deliver an energetic, service-focused environment.

This role supports brand experience, omni-channel services (MPOS, POS, curbside), and daily opening/closing tasks, while fostering teamwork and ongoing skill development within the store.

Aufgaben

• Brand Experience - Acts as a brand representative reflective of company values
• Brand Experience - Leads by example in upholding a service culture that demonstrates extraordinary service to cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection; uses customer feedback to understand customer perspective to positively improve interactions
• Brand Experience - Delivers a seamless, omni channel shopping experience through understanding and utilization of the tools available to service the customer (i.e. MPOS, POS, In-Store & Curbside Pick Up)
• Leadership + Team Management - Actively participates as floor service leader by facilitating an energized pace, positive service environment, communication of daily sales goals and key metrics, while maintaining zone and floor needs
• Leadership + Team Management - Takes initiative in teaching and sharing product knowledge, brand messaging, and how to deliver exceptional customer interactions by utilizing brand resources
• Leadership + Team Management - Acts as an elevated team member, exercising decision‑making and multitasking capabilities while always prioritizing service over tasks
• Visual + Business Operations - Supports the store management team by participating in daily opening and closing office procedures and operational tasks and projects
• Visual + Business Operations - Collaborates with key partners to effectively execute shipment processing, restocking, and placement of product while maintaining Urban Outfitters’ visual and display standards; ensures omni channel orders are processed timely and accurately
• Visual + Business Operations - Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store
• Communication + Relationships - Contributes to an inclusive work environment by actively listening to others and seeking different perspectives
• Communication + Relationships - Supports the onboarding of new hires in their orientation and training, provides feedback to leadership team on associate performance and promotability
