Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience during 1st–3rd shifts. You will supervise daily operations, greet guests, and ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions.

Responsibilities include preparing DipSide items, stocking merchandise, monitoring security, and keeping the store clean and compliant with all policies. Priorities are safety and customer service while leading a team on duty.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Able to lift 10 pounds and tolerate cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every Guest.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, and other dipside items.
• Operate POS terminal and gas console; process cash and card transactions.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized store.
• Ensure security and monitor for shoplifting.
• Maintain store cleanliness and equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
