Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Cincinnati. The role ensures a high standard of guest service through the Hi Five experience, oversees shift operations, and handles cash and POS duties. Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift and meet all safety and policy requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console and handle cash transactions.
• Ability to prepare DipSide items using dip cabinets and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to guests.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, cones, and other DipSide items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and process transactions.
