Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati is hiring a Shift Leader to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and supervise daily store operations. You will lead team members on shift, ensure accurate cash handling, manage the DipSide line, and maintain clean, safe facilities.

The role requires strong communication, reliable attendance, and the ability to enforce store policies, including alcohol and tobacco sale regulations, during peak times and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and cash handling.
• Ability to operate POS terminals and gas console.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to inventory, pricing, and shelf presentation.
• Capable of leading during shift and enforcing policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Assist with shakes, cones, sundaes, and other DipSide items.
• Operate POS system and gas console; handle transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, dairy case, and ensure product freshness.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and loss prevention.
• Complete time records and assist as directed by management.
• Communicate clearly with team and customers.
