Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee full-time store operations and guest service across 1st–3rd shifts. You will ensure safe, ethical transactions and compliance with company policies while leading a team on the floor.

You will drive the Hi Five Guest Experience, manage the POS and gas console, stock and maintain cleanliness, and support management with daily tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work 37–40 hours weekly across 1st–3rd shifts.
• Ability to operate POS and gas console.
• Physical ability to lift 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests warmly and ensure the store is ready for Guests.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, and other DipSide items; manage ice cream/yogurt products.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, handle payments and transactions.
• Stock shelves, freezers, and maintain clean, presentable store.
• Maintain cash controls and follow security procedures.
