United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver exceptional guest service under the Hi Five experience framework. You will lead daily shift operations, ensure safe and efficient store performance, and comply with all laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing dip-side items, operating the POS and gas console, stocking and rotating merchandise, and maintaining temperatures and cleanliness.

Formación

• Must be able to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Shift Leader responsibilities include handling alcohol and tobacco sales per state law and company policy.
• Experience in fast-paced retail or food-service environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests with a warm, authentic hello and assist to ensure satisfaction.
• DipSide Guest Services: prepare shakes, cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Efficient operation of POS system and gas console; process transactions and make change.
• Stock shelves, freezers, and ensure proper product rotation and cleanliness.
• Maintain store safety, monitor temperatures and respond to emergencies per policy.
• Complete time records and the Customer First Document accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Communicate effectively in English with customers and comply with policies.
• Adhere to Tobacco/Alcohol Management and Robbery/Violence Deterrence programs.
