lululemon Athletica seeks a Contract Guest Experience Lead for a Blackstone Valley pop-up. You will lead on the shop floor, delivering technical product education and an exceptional guest experience while driving sales targets as part of the store leadership.

You will recruit, train, and mentor team members, open/close duties, and ensure operational readiness. The role stresses inclusivity, strong communication, and hands-on coaching in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Legal authorization to work in the store location.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver a best-in-class guest experience aligned with the lululemon framework.
• Assess guest connection and provide technical product education when needed.
• Serve as Supervisor on Duty to support business and guest needs.
• Maintain in-store readiness and operational excellence across shifts.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Track daily metrics and motivate the team to reach sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
