Job summary

lululemon Merrick Park is seeking a Guest Experience Lead on a seasonal contract to guide in-store interactions and educate guests on product features. You’ll lead from the floor, supervise on-duty activities, and help drive daily sales targets while fostering an inclusive, high-energy team.

Typical duties include ensuring readiness, onboarding new team members, reviewing daily metrics, and assisting customers with product education to meet individual needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional, inclusive guest experience.
• Assess guest connection and provide technical product education to every guest.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to meet business and guest needs.
• Prepare in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store in accordance with procedures.
• Review daily metrics to track sales progress and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and hands-on development.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and productive team environment.
