Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Contract Guest Experience Lead for New Haven. You will lead the guest experience on the floor, deliver product education, and help meet daily sales targets.

As a member of the store leadership team, you’ll participate in hiring, coaching, and ensuring a respectful, inclusive environment for both guests and staff. The role requires flexibility in schedule, a minimum of 1 year in retail or customer-facing roles, and the ability to travel within store locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional guest experience
• Provide technical product education and assist guests when needed
• Open and close the store per procedures and review daily metrics to drive sales
