Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive a high-quality in-store guest experience and lead the floor team. You will provide technical product education, mentor staff, and help the store meet daily sales targets while contributing to hiring decisions.

The role emphasizes inclusivity, collaboration, and actionable guest engagement, with the Supervisor on Duty responsibilities and a focus on store performance and customer connection.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-quality guest experiences in retail.
• Ability to lead and mentor teammates and act as Supervisor on Duty when needed.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to resolve guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide ongoing product education to guests to articulate value and fit.
• Oversee store readiness and operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Review daily metrics to drive sales and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding processes.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to support learning.
