Qualifications

• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework.
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to manage operations and drive sales.
• Assist in store opening/closing procedures and daily readiness.
• Review daily data to track progress toward sales goals and coach the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
