Job summary

Boot Barn in Sanford, FL is seeking a part-time Key Holder to engage customers and support store leadership, driving sales and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You will develop product knowledge, uphold merchandising standards and assist with daily POS operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and a flexible schedule including nights/weekends. Travel up to 10% may be required to support nearby stores.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and extended hours when needed.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features/benefits.
• Maintain goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture) and promotions.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and stock.
• Process merchandise and complete sales transactions at POS.
• Support store leadership and participate in opening/closing procedures.
