Job summary

Boot Barn seeks a dedicated Key Holder to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and support store leadership. You will help drive sales, develop the team, and ensure merchandising standards align with company goals while maintaining accurate cash and POS procedures.

You will become an expert in our product categories, effectively communicating benefits to customers and collaborating with leadership to exceed sales metrics and provide outstanding service to every guest.

• Experience delivering excellent in-store customer service.
• Ability to communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers.
• Comfort with achieving and tracking sales metrics and goals.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; understand and communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain measurable goals: UPT, ADT, add-ons, and customer data capture rates.
• Be informed of current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and stock replenishment.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately and manage cash and POS responsibilities.
