Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to help deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will support store leadership, drive sales through excellent service, and maintain product knowledge and merchandising standards.

You will assist with opening/closing procedures, process transactions, and promote teamwork. The role blends selling, leadership, and operational duties to meet store goals and uphold Boot Barn's Mission and Values.

• Provide leadership and support to store partners and lead service/selling culture.
• Become expert in product categories and communicate features/benefits to customers.
• Maintain and achieve goals like UPT, ADT, add-ons and customer data capture.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and displays.
