Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

• Lead from the floor as the Supervisor on Duty to drive guest experience and store performance
• Provide technical product education to guests and maintain in-store readiness throughout shift
• Participate in hiring and onboarding processes and support team development
• Address team performance and provide feedback and recognition
