Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive in-store performance by delivering technical product education and guiding the floor team. As part of the store leadership, you will mentor teammates and act as Supervisor on Duty to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will open and close the store, review daily business data, participate in hiring and training, and champion an inclusive, high-energy environment while achieving sales targets.
