Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education to guests and guiding the team on the floor. As part of store leadership, you will drive daily sales targets, supervise duties, and contribute to hiring decisions.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience and strong leadership; flexible shifts and travel to the assigned store are expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive store performance
• Provide technical product education to guests and support team members
• Open and close the store according to procedures and manage daily tasks
• Review daily metrics and participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching activities
