Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive exceptional in-store experiences, deliver technical product education, and lead daily sales against targets. This role sits on the store leadership team and helps shape guest outcomes through coaching and teamwork.

You will participate in hiring, provide on‑the‑floor supervision, and ensure readiness for shifts. The position requires ability to travel to the assigned store and a passion for inclusive, high‑performance guest service.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience or guest resolution experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework and drive inclusive guest engagement.
• Provide on‑floor technical product education and assist teammates when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to oversee operations and guide the team during shifts.
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding, and ongoing coaching of team members.
