Responsibilities

• Provide technical product education to guests and assist when colleagues are unavailable.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to monitor operations, sales goals, and guest satisfaction.
• Support store readiness, opening/closing procedures, and daily business data review.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Foster respectful, collaborative teamwork and atmosphere.
