Job summary

Ampersand Brands is seeking a Service Lead/Keyholder for its Lolli & Pops brand in Sugar Land, TX. You will be a keyholder and part of the leadership team, guiding staff to deliver an engaging guest experience and strong store results.

You will coach team members, manage daily operations, and ensure merchandising standards are met while maintaining a positive, fun atmosphere for guests and coworkers alike.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage guests and team members.
• Capacity to lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve store targets.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets.
• Keep the team focused on guest engagement, sampling and product knowledge.
• Lead by example to maximize team performance through coaching and selling skills.
• Assist in training, developing and motivating team members.
• Support Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Enforce policies and directives consistently across the team.
• Represent Lolli & Pops with enthusiasm inside and outside the store.
• Lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
