Ampersand Brands is seeking a Service Lead/Keyholder for Lolli & Pops in The Woodlands, TX. You will join a leadership team to drive guest experience, training, and store operations while upholding company values in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing inventory and paperwork, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring policy compliance. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work flexible hours in a retail setting.

Responsabilités

• Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action
• Keep your team focused on guest engagement, sampling and product knowledge
• Maximize team performance through coaching, selling skills, and leading by example
• Assist in training, developing and motivating team members
• Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, inventory management
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness
• Ensure policies and directives are consistently enforced by all team members
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
