Job summary

Ampersand Brands’ Lolli & Pops store is hiring a Service Lead/Keyholder to join our leadership team. You will help drive store performance by monitoring KPI targets and guiding the team in guest engagement, product knowledge, and selling skills.

You will also assist in training and developing team members, manage inventory and store operations, and uphold merchandising standards. This is a pivotal role requiring a positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action.
• Focus team on guest engagement, sampling and product knowledge.
• Lead by example to maximize team performance through coaching.
• Assist in training, developing and motivating team members.
• Support Store Manager with paperwork, ordering and inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Enforce store policies and operational directives consistently.
• Be an ambassador for Lolli & Pops inside/outside the store.
