Job summary

Ampersand Brands, LLC is seeking a Lolli and Pops Service Lead in Sugar Land, Texas to join our store leadership team. You will drive KPI results, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll lead by example, train team members, and manage operations including merchandising, paperwork, and inventory while maintaining a safe, welcoming store. Lift capacity and flexible hours are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results toward KPI targets.
• Lead guest engagement, product sampling and knowledge sharing.
• Educate and coach the team to improve selling skills and performance.
• Train, develop and motivate team members.
• Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering and inventory.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Enforce policies and operational directives consistently.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
