Job summary

Lolli & Pops is looking for a Service Lead/Keyholder in Sugar Land, TX to join our store leadership team. You will be responsible for guiding daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

You will monitor performance, support training, and maintain merchandising standards while upholding store policies and ensuring a positive, welcoming environment for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level KPI targets and take action to hit goals.
• Engage guests with sampling and product knowledge.
• Coach and motivate team; lead by example in selling techniques.
• Assist in training, development and motivation of team members.
• Support Store Manager with paperwork, ordering and inventory.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed by all staff.
