Ampersand Brands’ Lolli & Pops is seeking a Service Lead/Keyholder to join our growing confections team in the U.S. This role will help drive store performance by monitoring KPI targets, engaging guests, and coaching the team to deliver exceptional service.

You will assist in training, manage inventory and paperwork, and ensure merchandising standards and store cleanliness. A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs are essential for success in this fast-paced

• Maintain visual/merchandising standards and cleanliness.
• Enforce policies and directives consistently.
• Represent Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
