Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure guests receive a quality in-store experience by providing technical product education and leading the floor. In this role, you’ll be part of the store leadership team, driving performance on the floor through guest experience and achievement of daily sales targets.

You will participate in hiring, onboarding, and training, while coaching team members, providing real-time feedback, and fostering an inclusive, high-energy store culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review daily metrics to drive sales and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Coach and recognize team members in real time.
