Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education and assist guests when needed.
• Oversee store operations and act as Supervisor on Duty during shifts.
• Participate in hiring decisions, onboarding, and training.
• Offer direct feedback and recognition to team members to drive performance.
