Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience and lead from the floor. You will provide technical product education, drive daily sales targets, and contribute to team performance through coaching and feedback.

As a member of the store leadership team, you will participate in hiring decisions, schedule shifts, and support an inclusive, high-energy environment while maintaining operational excellence on every shift.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework and an inclusive environment.
• Provide ongoing technical product education and assist guests when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to lead the floor and meet store goals.
