Job summary

lululemon in Las Vegas is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a high-quality in-store experience for every guest. You will lead from the floor, provide technical product education, and act as Supervisor on Duty to drive store performance and team achievement of daily targets.

You will participate in recruiting, onboarding, and coaching, while fostering an inclusive and collaborative shop floor culture that aligns with lululemon’s values and guest-centric approach.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience with resolving guest issues.
• Some leadership/mentoring experience with others.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life on the floor as a leader.
• Provide ongoing technical product education to guests and assist teammates when needed.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to meet business and guest needs.
• Prepare for in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Review daily data and motivate the team to hit sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide direct feedback, recognition, coaching, and hands-on development.
• Create a respectful, inclusive team environment with strong collaboration.
