Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience for guests while delivering technical product education and brand value. You will be part of the store leadership team, driving performance on the floor through guest experience and team results.

You will lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty, help hire and onboard team members, and provide direct feedback and coaching. The role requires 1 year of retail experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework.
• Provide technical product education and support guests when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and participate in store leadership routines.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development.
