lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive in-store performance by elevating guest education and service. You will lead from the floor, supervise duties, and contribute to hiring and training.

This role requires at least 1 year of retail or customer experience, leadership experience, and flexibility with shifts. You will create an inclusive, energetic environment and partner with the store team to meet daily sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Review daily data and motivate the team toward sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
