Job summary

lululemon seeks an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead store teams in Nashville and deliver outstanding guest service. You will coach employees on product education, store operations, and inclusive leadership, creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

You will partner with the Store Manager to hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team while ensuring merchandising, safety, and operational standards are met across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of management or supervisory experience in retail or a similar environment.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to develop and coach store team members.
• Drive an exceptional guest experience with knowledgeable product education.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and building a diverse, high-performing team.
• Manage performance, provide feedback, and maintain documentation.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Open/close the store and ensure safety and policy compliance.
