Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor, develop team members, and create a welcoming, inclusive store culture. Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Minimum 1 year of people management experience.
• Experience leading store operations and customer-focused teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team on the sales floor, fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.
• Drive guest experience by providing strong product education and coaching to team members.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on scheduling, hiring, and performance management to meet store goals.
• Guide strategic product presentation and visual merchandising to support sales and brand standards.
• Own budget-related responsibilities and labor planning within delegated scope.
