Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor and develop team members, ensuring an outstanding guest experience every day. You will partner with the Store Manager to hire, train, and coach a diverse team while maintaining high standards for service, merchandising, and store operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year leadership experience, including experience managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Work schedule can include weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team members to deliver outstanding guest experience.
• Provide floor leadership to ensure efficient and effective floor coverage and operations.
• Open and close the store following procedures and maintain safety policies.
• Review business data to inform planning, including sales and staffing.
• Maintain visual merchandising and restock to support product presentation.
