Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead the store floor, develop team members, and ensure a premier guest experience in line with our brand values.

You will partner with the Store Manager, hire and coach staff, manage operations and visual merchandising, and help drive store performance while fostering an inclusive, high-energy environment for customers and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to the assigned store.
• Schedule can include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team; build inclusive culture.
• Support Store Manager in hiring and developing staff.
• Provide floor leadership to deliver exceptional guest experience on the shop floor.
• Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and store operations.
• Review business data and assist with budgeting and scheduling decisions.
• Open/close store per procedures and ensure safety and compliance.
