Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Monitor guest connection and provide technical product education.
• Open and close the store per procedures and maintain readiness.
• Review daily metrics to motivate the team toward sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training processes.
