Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating to others.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and articulate product value.
• Assist in store hiring and onboarding processes.
• Open and close the store; ensure daily readiness and operational excellence.
• Review daily business data to drive sales and motivate the team.
