Qualifications

• Must have 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience managing operations and administration and managing projects.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members.
• Foster an inclusive environment and ensure a quality guest experience.
• Partner with Store Manager on hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain product presentation and store operations, including safety policies.
• Resolve guest feedback and manage escalations to 'make it right'.
