lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure an outstanding in-store experience. You will oversee or provide technical product education, drive store performance, and lead the floor as Supervisor on Duty when needed. The role requires 1 year of retail or guest-facing experience and some leadership exposure.

You will contribute to hiring decisions and help develop teammates through feedback, coaching, and hands-on learning, fostering an inclusive and energized store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and articulate product value.
• Review daily business data to track progress toward sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Coach and recognize team members with direct feedback and hands-on guidance.
