lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead on the sales floor and elevate guest interactions. This role focuses on building a diverse, capable team, coaching through performance feedback, and delivering outstanding guest service aligned with our values.

You will partner with the Store Manager to execute hiring, training, and scheduling while ensuring standards for merchandising, safety, and store operations are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience in store operations or retail management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team on the sales floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Hire and develop a diverse team; provide coaching and feedback.
• Monitor store operations, merchandising, and safety policies.
• Partner with managers on planning, budgets, and scheduling.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
