lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience in Oregon to lead from the floor, develop team members, and foster a culture of inclusion. You will drive exceptional guest experiences, support hiring and coaching, and partner with managers on planning and merchandising.

The role emphasizes leadership, integrity, and collaboration. The position requires people leadership experience, a commitment to diversity, and the ability to manage store operations, budgets, and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year leadership experience, including experience managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members and create an inclusive team culture.
• Provide frontline guest experience leadership on the sales floor and support coaching of team members.
• Review business data and metrics (P&L, planning, hiring) with managers to inform planning.
• Maintain product presentation/visual merchandising and ensure restock or minor changes.
• Open and close the store following procedures and ensure a safe work environment.
• Accountable for delegated aspects of budget and labor hours.
