Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to assigned store as needed.
• Experience managing people and operations in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team members on the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Partner with managers to review data and plan staffing, budgets, and hiring.
• Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Open/close the store and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Manage performance, provide feedback, and address issues promptly.
