You will drive daily sales targets, support hiring and training, and act as Supervisor on Duty while fostering an inclusive, high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer experience, including handling guest resolutions.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience on the shop floor to deliver an inclusive, high‑quality service.
• Provide technical product education and support guests when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to guide store operations and performance.
• Assist with store readiness, opening/closing procedures, and shift coverage.
• Review daily metrics to motivate the team and drive sales results.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members to foster growth.
• Foster collaborative, respectful, and productive team dynamics.
