Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and leading the floor as Supervisor on Duty. You will drive sales, guest satisfaction, and team performance as part of the store leadership.

The role includes participation in hiring, coaching, and developing teammates, plus maintaining an inclusive, high‑performing environment. 1 year of retail or customer experience and some leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives education and assistance when needed.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to meet business, team, and guest needs.
• Prepare for in-store operations and maintain store excellence throughout shifts.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Review daily data to track sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members to support development.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and productive team environment.
